Epoch Canine Training Solutions Return Policy

At Epoch Canine Training Solutions, we value your satisfaction. Our return policy is designed to ensure your confidence in purchasing our products. Please read the following guidelines carefully.

Return Period

We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • All returned products must include:
    • Proof of purchase
    • Original packaging
    • All contents must be in resellable condition—new and re-sellable, with all tags attached (NO EXCEPTIONS).

Important Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, free from dog hair, without odor, not dirty, and not bitten.
  • If we receive items that do not meet these conditions, we will send you photos and reserve the right to return them to you at your cost or dispose of them.

Initiating a Return

To start a return, please contact us at service@epochcanine.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. In case of a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items, special orders, or gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please note it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

  • Items eligible for a refund are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
  • Credits or refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days of inspection. Items must be in resellable condition with all tags attached. Soiled or damaged items will not qualify for refunds or exchanges.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Special Holiday Return Policy

To accommodate early Christmas gift purchases, we will extend our return policy for items purchased between November 15 and December 31 to allow returns until January 7, provided we are informed prior to the purchase the order is a Christmas gift.

Lost Packages

We are not responsible for items lost during transit when being returned. We recommend using a tracking service and insurance for your return shipment. Please send us your tracking information at service@epochcanine.com.

Refunds for Electronics

Refunds for electronic items will only be issued for defective products within 30 days of purchase. After that, customers must coordinate directly with the manufacturer.

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale are final sale—no returns or refunds will be accepted for these items. If an item goes on sale after your purchase, we will honor the sale price within 3 days of your initial purchase. Any difference will be issued as store credit.
